Check dates for July: 7th, 15th, and 25th
Check dates for August: 6th, 15th, and 25th
Check dates for Sept: 10th, 15th, and 25th
.Reminders:
Please remember to check in supplies promptly and turn in signed yellow copies of purchase orders so vendors can be paid as soon as possible.
Blue travel forms are for same day travel and ALL FEES.
Pink travel forms are for overnight travel. All travel must
be approved by your campus principal.
Approved check requests must be at central office two working
days prior to the check date.
