I have been a public school teacher for 18 years, 15 of which have been in the Childress ISD. My teaching experience includes math instruction, both in high school and junior high school.
I am also a coach, having spent the past years coaching both boys and girls sports on the high school and junior high school level. I enjoy young people and their willingness to learn and grow on a competitive level.
As an educator, I feel that all children should have an opportunity to build their self esteem and self image through challenging themselves both academically and athletically.
