I have taught Algebra I and calculus at Childress High School for the past three years. I graduated from Gould High School. I earned a bachelor's and master's degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. I taught three years at Wellston, Oklahoma, then returned to Harmon County and taught 26 years at Hollis High School. I thought teaching in Childress would be quite a change, but I discovered that 35 miles doesn't make that much difference. I have truly enjoyed the change. I take the responsibility of preparing my students for college and careers seriously. I work very hard with my students and encourage them to do their best. If you have any questions or concerns about your child, please contact me.
My husband, Jeff, and I enjoy church activities, remodeling old houses, and visiting with our children and granddaughter. I enjoy reading, music, and collecting antiques. I am looking forward to a great second semester.
