It's almost time for another great weekend of basketball! The 4th Annual Childress Rotary Holiday Invitational continues for the boys, December 11-13. Tickets will be sold at the main entrance to the gym. No school or district passes will be accepted.

CJHS UIL: Students have information on which bus they are riding and what time to arrive at school. Please arrive on time, dressed in UIL shirt and school appropriate pants (no jeans with holes). We are excited for a great competition!! Bus 1: be at CJHS by 6:30am & leave at 6:45am Bus 2: be at CJHS by 7:15 & leave at 7:30 Bus 3: arrive at CJHS at 7:55 as normal and leave at 8:30.

All CISD campuses, offices, and facilities will be closed on Friday, November 21st.

Our Bobcat Football Team is headed to the Area Round Playoff in Snyder this Thursday. To allow our team and fans to recover after a late-night game and get an early start on Thanksgiving Break, Friday is now a full day closure.

The Childress community is invited to attend the annual Veterans Day Program at Childress Elementary School, Tuesday, November 11, at 2:00pm. We are so excited to honor all of our amazing veterans!

Don't forget about the Family Fun Night Fall Festival Tonight at Childress Elementary from 6-8 PM!

The CHS Drama Club is proud to present their fall play, "When Bad Things Happen to Good Actors," on Sunday, November 2, at 2:00 pm at the CJHS auditorium. Admission is $5. The Drama Club appreciates your support and cannot wait to entertain you on Sunday!
