A grant by the 89th Texas Legislature allows students who qualify for reduced-price meals to now enjoy FREE breakfast and lunch at school in school years 2025-26 and 2026-27. ALL Childress ISD students are welcome to enjoy a free breakfast every school day at each campus, from 7:30am to 7:50am. Texas Senate Bill 2929, passed in the 89th Legislative Session, made changes concerning spectator behavior at UIL events.

Childress ISD is excited to use Hometown Ticketing, an online ticketing platform, for our athletic events this year! Select the school, event, and "Get Tickets" to purchase your tickets. Attendees will show their ticket QR code to the gate worker to scan for admittance to the games.
