The Lady Cats Playoff game will be Nov 1st, 7:00pm at Tascosa High School. Childress will be home/Dalhart will be visitor. $5.00 for Adults/$2.00 for children. District and coaching passes accepted.
Unfortunately, tonight's game against Spearman WILL NOT be broadcast on the NFHS network. A firmware update has disrupted the functionality of certain cameras and the camera on the football field was affected by this. We hope to have everything back up and running next week.

Notification of Terroristic Threat at Childress Jr. High Campus Childress ISD, pursuant to Texas Ed. Code 37.113
This message is for parents and guardians of students at Childress Jr. High in Childress ISD. We are notifying you that a student allegedly issued a terroristic threat relating to Childress Jr. High late Friday afternoon. The Childress Police Department was immediately contacted to assist with the matter and the administration implemented the appropriate safety measures. At this time, the Childress ISD administration has determined that the student does not currently pose an imminent threat to students or staff. The District will pursue appropriate disciplinary action in accordance with the District’s student code of conduct if a student has engaged in any misconduct concerning this threat.
Childress ISD administration and the school Board place student safety as a top priority and will always consider terroristic threats to be credible until demonstrated to be otherwise. We will continue to work diligently to keep your students and our staff safe from harm.
