Strength and Speed start back up tomorrow morning high school at 7 with skill work following. Jr High at 8 with skill work following. 4 weeks of strength and speed left 6 weeks before football/volleyball are starting! Enjoy the summer, but use the time wisely! BIG GOALS this year

Football camp starts TOMORROW! Excited to see our young athletes get out and work with our high school athletes. If you have not signed up, no worries just come tomorrow and fill out our waiver form! Starts at 9-11:30! $50 camp fee all goes to our state qualifying 7on7 team!
